India

India is the most diverse country on earth. From tropical beaches down south up to the chilly Indian Himalayans in the north, the wide open western deserts of Rajasthan stretching all the way to the lush wet rainforests of India's far east, there is no type of climate not found here. That is why there are so many different cultures and dialects found throughout India. Every state, every caste, every corner has a different history, a different story to tell. (This is why most tourists get a six month visa and take their time.)

Most of my 2015 was spent in India. First I drove 3,000km (2,000 miles) across it from west to east during the Rickshaw Run with my traveling buddy Ryan of Lost Boy Memoirs. Then I went to Nepal just in time for a horrendous earthquake. But after that I spent six months traveling different festivals across India and producing a series of tourism videos. All these adventures and more are on The HoliDaze Blog
