Lisbon is Portugals most livable city. It has as moderate Mediterranean climate mild winters and warm summers.
I personal like the the cozy atmosphere at Bairolo Alto's(“high village”) narrow streets and traditional restaurants.
Most people show a relaxed but welcoming attitude.
